Nigel Witham
In July of 1986, Nigel Roy Witham graduated with honors from the University of Warwick in England. Since then, he has tried more than 100 criminal cases in a variety of criminal issues. With more than 20 years of experience as a criminal defense in both England and California, Attorney Witham brings valuable knowledge and versatility to his clients and the legal team at Gold & Witham.
Mr. Witham has extensive experience in criminal defense and DUI defense, but has also practiced civil litigation in his long career of legal practice. He has also published for the legal profession, demonstrating not only a dedication to serving his clients with excellence, but also a vested interest in the legal community.
